While millions of veterans are enrolled in VA health care, only about 1 in 4 are eligible for VA dental care. Thatโ€™s why Butler County created a local dental program to help eligible veterans get the dental care they need right here in our community.

We appreciate FOX19 and Stefano DiPietrantonio helping us spread the word about this important resource for Butler County veterans.

You are never alone!

As September comes to a close, weโ€™re reflecting on the importance of making sure our veterans know they are not alone.

This BCRTA bus, dedicated to transporting veterans supported by the Butler County Veterans Service Commission, represents more than transportation. It represents accessโ€”to appointments, resources, services, and the people who are there to help.

September is Su***de Prevention Month and Veteran Mental Health Awareness Month. As we close out the month, weโ€™re reminded that connection can make a difference, and sometimes getting someone where they need to go is an important part of that connection.

To the veterans in our community: you matter, your service matters, and support is available. ๐Ÿ’™ If youโ€™re a Veteran in crisis or concerned about one, contact the Veterans Crisis Line to receive 24/7 confidential support.
