I am deeply honored and profoundly humbled to accept the Hall of Fame Award from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Ohio Council.
This recognition touches my heart, as my connection to the Boys & Girls Club of Hamilton runs deep. For years, I have had the privilege of working with and supporting this remarkable organization. My parents were passionate, generous donors who truly loved the Club and everything it stands for. Their commitment continues to inspire me every day.
This honor also reflects the legislative work I was fortunate to lead as Chair of Behavioral Health, Chair of Health and Human Services, and as a member of the Finance Committee—efforts dedicated to building stronger support systems for our children and families.
In a time when our young people need safe spaces, mentorship, and opportunity more than ever, the Boys & Girls Clubs remain an indispensable force for good.
A special thank you to Tommy John for always being there—your unwavering support has meant more than words can express.
I am grateful beyond words to be recognized by such a transformative organization. My heart is full.

You know what is really sad to me, so many people and especially young people have never seen the movie “Mr. Smith Goes To Washington “. It’s important to see. Perhaps even to memorize. Watch it sometime and see if you don’t agree. Movies like this are lacking today and it’s a horrible loss.

America First, Israel Strong—together, we’ll crush the ayatollahs’ grip and bring peace to the Middle East. No more endless wars, just decisive action!
