The Education Aide provides direct support to students within an educational setting, assisting teachers in creating a structured and positive classroom environment that fosters individualized academic and behavioral growth. This role collaborates with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to implement treatment plans, behavior strategies, and instructional support. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, documentation, preparation of educational materials, and active participation in team meetings.
