Geofair 2026 is almost here! It begins this Saturday, May 16, at 10 am till 5 pm, and continues on Sunday, May 17, 11 am to 5 pm. Gems, minerals, and fossils, for sale and for show. Interactive education, give-aways and more. Don't miss Geofair at the Butler County Fairground Event Center, 1715 Fairgrove Avenue in Hamilton, Ohio.

Geofair is this weekend! Saturday May 16 and Sunday May 17. This year, we are again at the Butler County Fairgrounds Event Center, 1715 Fairgrove Avenue in Hamilton, Ohio. We can't wait!

If you are still undecided on coming, remember that everyone will be there. Talk to leading experts in their field in a casual, friendly setting. Reconnect with old friends There is plenty of time to socialize and just have fun.

And of course, there is plenty to do and see while you are here. Our hours are 10 to 5 on Saturday and 11 to 5 on Sunday. So come to Geofair and enjoy. We'll all be there. We are looking forward to seeing you!

This year's Geofair at the Butler County Fairgrounds Event Center, May 16 and May 17 will have more than 40 retail dealers from which to find the best deals on jewelry and jewelry making supplies, dazzling minerals and amazing fossils.

You would have to travel from Indiana to Maine to see all the breath-taking mineral and fossil specimens featured at GeoFair 2026. This year’s roster of outstanding museum collections on display includes the Cincinnati Museum Center, Indiana State Museum, Miami University’s Limper Geology Museum, Maine Mineral and Gem Museum, Wayne State University Geology Museum, and Wittenberg University
Geology Department.

GeoFair’s theme this year is “Celebrating 250 years of America’s Minerals & Fossils” so visitors will enjoy exceptional and rare specimens representing our nation’s geologic history.

Amateur collectors will also display their amazing collections, becoming eligible to win prizes for best exhibit in categories

Geofair 2026 will be held at the Butler County Fairground Event Center, Saturday May 16 and Sunday May 17.

Admission to GeoFair is $12 for adults and $5 for children. (Free admission is offered to uniformed Scouts, to qualifying 4-H members, and to teachers with identification and a paid adult companion.) A two-day adult pass is available for $18. (A coupon for $2 off adult admission on a flyer can be downloaded at www.GeoFair.Com ) Admission discounts for groups larger than 10 are available. The Butler County Fairgrounds offer abundant free
parking.

Do you have a mystery rock, fossil, mineral or gemstone that you would like identified? Bring it to Geofair 2026 at the Butler County Fairground Event Center, Saturday May 16 or Sunday May 17. We have a panel of experts in their field lined up to identify almost any rock you may have.

Geofair will be open from 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday, May 16 and 11 to 5 on Sunday May 17. The Identification tables will be staffed from 11 am to 3 pm both days. There is so much more to see and do, so make a day of it. There are exhibits, demonstrations, retail dealer tables, education centers for fossils and geology, Free stuff for kids and adults, and activities for scouts to name a few.
