For the past two years I've been consulting with the Golden Triangle Business Improvement District in Washington DC on the care and maintenance of their Rain Garden sculptures by artist Foon Sham https://goldentriangledc.com/what-we-do/public-art/rain-gardens-sculptures/
These are wonderful organic shapes composed of blocks of tropical hardwood or spruce/fir softwood, stained and coated. The trick is how best to cope with urban grime and natural weathering of the coatings!
We've been testing a variety of cleaning agents, coating removals, and anti-fungal agents. The work is on-going.

I have been working with the City of Chestertown MD, conserving and relocating a set of outdoor sculptures donated by a local art collector. The City has been placing these sculptures around the town. Their website is at https://chestertownpublicarts.com/ Thanks to Ben Herr, Ben Gage (Fine Art Services), and Sharon Norquest for their help.
