I make writing students revise and revise until their work is ready to win the Nobel Prize for Literature (or at least become published in BEST COLLEGE ESSAYS, as my former student Elizabeth did).

I love transforming deadly boring material--SAT's, SSAT's, ACT's, and TOEFL's--into something fun. For any newcomers, welcome to you. Here is the description of my tutoring practice:I am a dynamic tutor and push students to their highest potential; we also have many laughs along the way. I tutor SAT, SSAT, and college essays.

To all of my students and parents: please do not feel too morose about the end of summer. We will have great laughs this fall, even as we catapult you toward your best college or secondary school. Over the next two weeks, I am especially tutoring ACT's and SAT's, along with helping people work through college essay drafts. For all of my students out there, and for potential new students, feel free to contact me now, before you become inordinately busy during the school year. The end of summer can be the best boot camp time for these topics.
