With Thanksgiving around the corner, I’ve been thinking….Every family has “their” time to eat.
Some start early, some wait all day, and some just follow the smell of the kitchen. 😂

Our neighbors have a 19-year-old who’s attending our local community college. She’s been working 4 nights a week as a waitress to help pay for school while living at home to save money. Last night she came home from work in tears, saying she wanted to quit her job and drop out of community college because she’d lost all faith in humanity.

When they told us what happened and showed us the receipt, we understood why. Folks, it’s one thing to stiff your server, but to be outright mean to a young person who’s simply trying to make their way in the world is completely uncalled for!

If you’re not willing to tip at least 30% every time you eat out, stay home! These servers are all someone’s children or parents!
