Who is ready for some morning bliss tomorrow? The Gulf will be too rough to paddle but there is plenty to explore on the lake. I’ll bring coffee and muffins too so we can all have some connection on the beach. Please comment below if you need a board. I’m behind on my website as usual…thanks in advance for the grace. Been needing a lot of that lately lol.

The last Gulf Therapy was perfect with clear minds, blue skies, calm waters, open outflow, hot coffee and plenty of smiles! The weather and water conditions couldn’t have been better. I love heading into the summer season where more people can get out on the water. Save the date for the next one June 5th.

Such a beautiful event to spread Christmas cheer on the water with the community. The boys also were stoked on some waves the we were nourished at The Space after with healthy snacks, hot cider and bone broth cocoa. We boosted our immunity with that hot and cold therapy with the amazing barrel sauna and ice baths…which you know are my fave! ❄️🎅🎄🌊🏄‍♀️ Gratitude to everyone that made it.
