Whimsy Point has made it through the first two events of our 2026 vendor season. We had a good time at the 55th Annual Grayson Memory Days, even with the rain. It's always nice to visit with and see the familiar faces of long-time customers and fellow vendors, and meet new people and make new friends. Thank you to everyone who shopped today! Please be aware of scammers! As a vendor/seller for many years, both online and offline, I have noticed a growing number of scams, especially those targeting several local (Kentucky) events posted on Facebook.

Always be certain you are communicating with legitimate event coordinators before providing payment or other sensitive information. Please report any suspicious activity to the legitimate organizers and to Meta (Facebook).

Two of the main ways I've seen scammers infiltrate events are by posting phishing comments in the event's discussion area, pretending to be coordinators, or by messaging potential vendors directly.
