As most of you know we are closing our doors on July 15th. Right now all in stock product is currently 50% off. This weekend we will do 60%. Also, if you are interested in any of our shop fixtures, we are selling them also. We have many peg hooks, a couple display cases/racks for sale also.

Its race day on the offroad track today. We know a few people are up at R/C Plus racing there event this weekend. If we get enough racers today we will race. If not we will keep the track open till 1pm for practice. Hope everyone has a great day.

Mini-Z Racing tonight. I know a couple of the the guys are coming down from Roseburg and with today's temperature to hit only 90 degrees, the building should be pretty good. Racing starts just after 6pm.

We do want to thank every one of you that commented or call us over the last 24 hours since we posted that we was closing the doors July 15th. The support has been more then we expected with all the positive comments. Each and everyone of you do have a part of Adam and my heart, as well as our families.

We will still be racing Mini-Z this Friday and Offroad on Sunday. We have already heard from a few people that are going to grab there cars out of the garage, dust them off, and come to practice or race a couple more times before we close.

After 13 wonderful years of serving the RC, hobby, and racing community, it is with mixed emotions that we announce that Poorboy Raceway & Hobbies will be closing its doors on July 15th.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to every customer, racer, hobbyist, friend, and family member who has supported us throughout the years. The memories, friendships, and community that have been built around the shop and track have meant more to us than words can express.

To help clear out our remaining inventory, all in-stock merchandise is now 50% OFF while supplies last. We also have a variety of store fixtures available for purchase, including:
• Display cases�• Shelving units�• Large quantities of pegboard�• Other store equipment and fixtures

This is a great opportunity to pick up hobby supplies, equipment, and store fixtures at significant savings.

We also ask that anyone who currently has consignment items, repair projects, or other property at the shop please make arrangements to pick them up over the next couple of weeks prior to our closing date.

While Poorboy Raceway & Hobbies is closing, there is some encouraging news. A local club/group is exploring the possibility of taking over the track and continuing to provide a place for racers and hobbyists to gather and enjoy the hobby. We are hopeful that the racing community will continue to thrive and will share updates as they become available.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of your lives and this community for the past 13 years. We are grateful for every visit, every race, every conversation, and every friendship that began within these walls.

Mini-Z Racing tonight here at PBR. We been told it should be a pretty good turnout thanks to Stevie Jones for contacting everyone.

We built this mini crawler course a few years ago for the Fair. It’s in need of repair but if someone wants it it is your for free, you just have to take everything. First come first serve on it.

Well that didn't take long, its gone to a good home.

I got to the track a bit early today and the doors are open for practice and racing.

Who is up for offroad racing tomorrow? Tomorrow's high is only 77 so it should be a comfortable morning/early afternoon. Hope to see everyone tomorrow.
