Walking/swimming in water can be beneficial for horses for several reasons: 1. **Low-Impact Exercise:** Walking/swimming in water provides low-impact exercise, which can be particularly beneficial for horses recovering from injuries or for older horses with arthritis or joint problems. The buoyancy of water reduces the strain on their joints while still providing a good workout for their muscles. 2. **Muscle Strengthening:** Walking/swimming through water requires horses to work harder to move their legs against the resistance of the water. This can help strengthen their muscles, particularly in the legs and abdomen. 3. **Improved Circulation:** The pressure of the water against the horse’s legs can improve circulation, which can aid in reducing inflammation and promoting healing in injured tissues. 4. **Temperature Regulation:** Water can help regulate the horse’s body temperature, especially during hot weather. Walking in water allows the horse to cool down while exercising, reducing the risk of overheating. 5. **Mental Stimulation:** Walking/swimming in water can provide mental stimulation for horses, as they navigate through the different sensations of walking/swimming in water compared to walking on land. Overall, walking/swimming in water can be a valuable addition to a horse’s exercise routine, offering both physical and mental benefits. However, it’s essential to introduce water exercise gradually and monitor the horse’s response to ensure it’s appropriate for their individual needs. 🐴🐎 📹👉 @melanie.gath

I would like to thank Everyone for telling me how to do the bypass. I wondered where everybody had been!
This is good to know: It's ridiculous to have over 540 friends and only 25 are allowed to see my post.
It WORKS!! I have a whole new news feed. I’m seeing posts from people I haven’t seen in years.
Here’s how to bypass the system FB now has in place that limits posts on your news feed.
Their new algorithm chooses the same few people - about 25 - who will read your posts. Therefore,
Hold your finger down anywhere in this post and "copy" will pop up. Click "copy". Then go your page, start a new post and put your finger anywhere in the blank field. "Paste" will pop up and click paste.
This will bypass the system.
If you are reading this message, do me a favor and leave me a quick comment...a "hello," a sticker, whatever you want, so you will appear in my newsfeed
