I need to do some skateboarding. Last time I skated I think it loosened up my back well. It wasn't till a week later then it started stiffening up.

I've been a skateboarder all of my life. Well, since I was around 12 or 13. Took a 10-year hiatus, but never quit quit...
It's too fun and a great workout.
I played hockey for 5 years. That was awesome too.
