I share this for my fellow entrepreneurs to say that it’s never easy… and do we ever really have it all figured out?

There’s still the constant doubt and constant need for reassurance. I’m proud of how far I’ve gotten and incredibly grateful for my team.

Learning curves like these make me value my clients so much more. ❤️

grateful for the days that are slow and even the draining ones, too.

As I’m approaching year 25, I think about that little girl… the one with the undiagnosed ADHD who would cry out over the overwhelming feeling of frustration and just defeat. When coloring within the lines or trying to perfect cursive in the 2nd grade seemed impossible.

I also had all of the odds stacked against me being a lefty, too lol.

The honest truth? I still have those moments where a laptop is slammed shut, I’m ugly-crying on my way home, or I’m not a fun person to be around because I’m beyond stressed.

All of this to say is that those discouraging moments as a child, and even now, did and do define me…because I obviously have a knack for choosing the route that’s not the easy one.

Even the girl one year ago doubted herself immensely and had so much insecurity for the future.

I still have those moments of doubt, but I’ve proved to myself that tenacity is the only thing I can count on. It’s what’s gotten me to here.

And don’t think it’s been this pretty climb. It’s been ugly, depressing, isolating, and scary at times.

We’re here. We’ve gotten this far. Where to next?

I’m so excited to officially share that Testimony Creative is expanding the team and we’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator! 🎉

This is a hybrid, part-time position (20–25 hours per week) at $15/hour—perfect for someone ready to jump into real-world marketing and grow alongside a fast-moving creative agency.

In this role, you’ll support client projects from start to finish: helping film on-site content, edit short-form videos, design graphics in Canva, write social captions, and stay organized across multiple client accounts. You’ll assist with client communication, content planning, scheduling, and internal organization, working closely with me to deliver an excellent client experience. This is a hands-on, creative role in a fast-paced environment where you’ll gain real experience in content creation, social media, and agency operations.

• You’re a go-getter. You don’t quit halfway and you’re not satisfied until the client is thrilled.

Imposter syndrome is real. For a while, I kept pinching myself, thinking, “Is this really something I can do? Am I truly capable of doing this?”

But sometimes you just have to jump and see where you land. And I’ve landed here…

At 24, I’d already helped run someone else’s business,
met some incredible clients along the way,
gained unbelievable experience during my 3.5 years there,
enjoyed the greatest moments of business,
and also sometimes cried the tears of defeat.

And through it all, I decided to believe in myself — to create a dream and make it real.

The name for my business took months to come up with. If you could see the list of hundreds of names I brainstormed, you’d probably laugh! Throughout this process, I’ve had the honor of hearing so many people open up to me — on and off camera — capturing real stories and heartfelt testimonials.

And then it just clicked: Testimony.

My job, my goal, my passion is to help others tell their stories. And the most beautiful part of this whole journey is that I finally get to create my own story too.

It feels like we’re really getting to do this together.
