Elevated Game Processing

Beautiful evening supporting the Backcountry Wilderness Area Hunter’s Gathering, a community of conservation minded folks and all things hunting. Special shout out to the amazing staff within HRCA backcountry who always bring their best. And…Congrats to the hunters who won tags for a once in a lifetime hunt. See you in the fall

Mongolian Elk on this fine evening. Pick a beef recipe, give it a shot on game. Thank us later.

Neighborhood deer doing neighborhood things, like showing up out of season, giving long broadside opportunities and lingering around! Still fun to see. For those still chasing animals, good luck and see you soon.

Possible world record elk tenderloin…off a cow. 😳.
