KONG

Just like KONG®, Freedom Service Dogs of America believes Dogs Need to Play. That's why they build play right into their training, using KONG toys and treats to reward dogs and reinforce the behaviors they're learning.

We're proud to support their work placing service dogs with clients across the country at no cost, helping people overcome the challenges of daily life.

We recently visited the wolf dogs at WOLF Sanctuary and brought along some KONG® Float toys to help keep them cool during the heat! 🐺
Although summer is coming to an end, the temps are still HOT, and water play can be a fun way to add enrichment while helping pups stay cool. KONG Float toys encourage chasing, retrieving, and problem-solving in a whole new environment, giving dogs a fun way to engage both their bodies and minds.
Safe to say, they’re wolf dog approved! ❤️

There are some people who love pets above all else and will go to new heights to improve animals' lives. Brandon takes "new heights" more as a literal suggestion than an expression. Brandon used his pilot certificate and Pilots N Paws connections to help dogs and cats land themselves a better life. Every flight he took was another pet saved from a bad situation. And to Brandon, nothing in this world is more important.

The story of Nova and her favorite toy brings a smile to our faces every. single. time. And those of us whose pets have a favorite toy can definitely relate.
Little is known about Nova's life before she found her forever home. Her mom, Mackenzie, didn't know if Nova knew how to play, or if she even knew what toys were. Then came a trip down the toy aisle. Nova plucked a KONG® Wild Knots Bear off the shelf and began to play. She knew exactly what to do and was absolutely obsessed... but just with that one toy.
Now and forever, Wild Knots Bears have her heart, just like Nova has ours ❤️

Some KONG® stories stay with you forever. ❤️🐾 K9 Hurricane's Heroes was more than a working dog. He was a devoted partner, a protector, a best friend, and an incredible example of the impact one dog can have on so many lives. Hurricane loved his KONGs, and we were incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to work alongside him and his family.
As we celebrate 50 years of KONG, we’re especially grateful to share this testimonial and honor Hurricane’s story. He brought so much joy, strength, and purpose to the people around him, and his legacy continues to live on.
While we’re heartbroken that Hurricane is no longer with us, we’re honored that his story will forever be a part of ours. Thank you, Hurricane, for being a beloved member of the KONG family and for reminding us how the bond between people and their dogs is so incredibly special. ❤️
