This was a 3-week close, so there were a LOT of moving pieces and a few hiccups along the way. Unexpected issues, deadlines, negotiations, problem-solving, and plenty of moments where we had to stay calm, communicate, and figure out the next best move.

And sometimes being your client’s REALTOR® means going a little above and beyond… like purchasing and installing SIX TV mounts before closing. 😂📺🔨

And because this all happened while I was out of town on vacation, my boys came to Mom’s rescue and helped me roll up my sleeves and get it done! 😂❤️

Today was such a special closing. Congratulations to my buyer, Joel, on purchasing his very first home at just 22 years old! 🎉
