It's been a busy few weeks, and I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunities, partnerships, and growth we've experienced.

Sports Camp Catering - We've been providing hundreds of meals each week for youth sports camps, helping keep young athletes fueled throughout the summer. It's been rewarding to serve so many families and organizations across the Valley.

Our fresh pasta bowls have become a huge hit at Arizona Athletic Grounds. Weekend after weekend they've been selling out, and we've continued to increase production to meet demand. Seeing guests come back specifically looking for them has been exciting.

Consulting - I've continued working with hospitality and food service clients, helping improve operations, menus, profitability, and guest experiences. It's always rewarding to help businesses build stronger food and beverage programs.

One of the projects I'm most excited about is the launch of Joey's Lemonade. What started as an idea has quickly turned into reality, we debuted this past weekend at Arizona Athletic Grounds and we're looking forward to bringing handcrafted lemonades, cookies, and frozen treats to community events throughout Arizona.

Don Pastrami's – Coming Soon Behind the scenes, I have also been hard at work developing Don Pastrami's. From smoked meats and handcrafted sandwiches to fresh pasta bowls and house-made specialties, we're building something I am incredibly proud of. Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to opening.

It has been almost 5 years since my last post on this page. Life changed. Priorities changed. A lot happened behind the scenes.
But one thing never changed… my passion for food, building concepts, and creating things that actually mean something.
Over the last few years I’ve been quietly working, learning, rebuilding, smoking meat, catering events, developing concepts, and figuring out exactly what I want to put my name on moving forward.
Now it finally feels like the right time to come back.
This summer I’ll officially be opening Don Pastrami’s — built around house smoked meats, handcrafted sandwiches, quality ingredients, and doing things the right way even when it takes longer.
Small batches. Limited quantities. Quality over everything.
No shortcuts.
I want this place to feel special. The kind of spot people hear about from friends, show up early for, and remember after the first bite.
To everybody still here after all these years… seriously, thank you. A new chapter starts now.
