Once a year on Thanksgiving, I spend a whole day making my Grandmother Josephine's Italian Wedding Soup. I miss her every holiday, this makes me feel like she is still here, and I love keeping the tradition alive! What are some of your families holiday traditions?

We are just one day away from the launch of NYT Culinary Academy. I have spent the last 7 years of my life, dreaming about and planning this concept, I can't believe it is finally here! I am so blessed to have the oppourtinty to teach these amazing people!

It has certainly been awhile since my last post. There is so many incredible things happening right now, I don't even know where to begin! I finally have been incredibly blessed to be apart of a team, that is going to change a lot of peoples lives! I am so proud to announce the opening of Not Your Typical Deli coming July 2016 in Gilbert Arizona! This deli is very special, it will not only have incredible food, it will also change lives! Not Your Typical Deli will be an integrated work environment for adults with developmental disabilities.... I am so thrilled to be apart of this project! I will be posting all of our progress, and I am very grateful for all of the support!

I am proud to announce our first Pop Up Restaurant!

Bergies Coffee, Not Your Typical Catering & Pistol Whipped Pastry are teaming up for a one-night only dining event, Coffee + Swine, at Bergies Coffee in downtown Gilbert, on Friday, April 24, at 7pm.

Join us for an exclusive dining event combining Bergies coffee and pork, in a three course dinner under the stars. Wine, beer and a limited bar will be available, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Square One, a non-profit focusing on demonstrating that autism is not a limitation.

Dinner tickets for $65. Drink tickets may be purchased at the event for $10. Seating is limited for this event.
