Ranch House Pier Update 🚧

Work at the Ranch House Pier is nearly finished! In the last two weeks, crews have laid an ADA-compliant concrete slab and the new decking.

Currently, they are working on boxing in light poles and preparing to install the light fixtures. Along with lighting, handrails are being installed. The nearby landscape will be touched up as the final step.

The project is expected to be completed later this month! Follow us for more updates 👷

The Carraige House office is closed today in observance of the holiday

We had a packed house at the Barn on Wednesday for the monthly Our Family Markets event! 35 local vendors and food trucks were showcasing their handmade crafts. We can't wait for the next event in June!

We had a great time celebrating the start of summer break at the Ranch House pool yesterday! ☀️ We had popsicles, a scavenger hunt, bubble wands, goodie bags, and more! Thank you to everyone who joined us and had a great time at the pool 😎

Recently, unsafe behavior involving a golf cart and teenagers was observed on public community roads in the middle of traffic. These actions create serious safety risks for everyone involved and could lead to severe injury.

We ask parents to please speak to your children about golf cart safety and help monitor these activities within the community.

Residents can contact Gilbert Police when these situations arise to help ensure that safety remains a top priority for the community.

Beginning Thursday morning, sections of the Barn Lake sidewalk and pavilion concrete slabs will be under repair. A Board-approved vendor will be removing damaged or lifted concrete slabs and pouring new concrete in those areas.

This project is expected to take approximately 2–3 days to complete.

If you are in the area, you may notice active construction taking place. For your safety, please avoid all work zones and construction areas during this time.
