What's cool idea!
Pottery artist leaves gorgeous, handmade bowls in random places for people to stumble upon Kim Press has left her "free art" in 36 states and two countries, and the messages she gets in return are so heartwarming.
How can art NOT be therapeutic? It gives individuals a chance to explore thoughts, feelings or just new mediums. Especially in the day and age of the pandemic, I can understand how this means of expression can help others cope with their own situations.

Inspiration and humility hit me all at once this evening.
I was lesson planning and listening/watching to videos of one of my favorites, Lindsey Stirling...one of these days I'll see her live. At the end of her music video (Transcendence) she thanks a group called the Landfill Harmonic, a group of children/people living in Paraguay who turn trash into musical instruments. In the video, I thought this was staged, and was inspired to research the link she mentions at the end. I've just GOT to see this documentary. Simply AMAZING!
