The best insight in for today’s market - Investing in the red, the most underrated play for the public. You’re immediate thought when you see red is sell. Investors do the exact opposite. You don’t have to be an “investor” per se, but don’t be a sheep when it comes to your mortgage. The prices have dipped and that dip won’t last forever. Especially not in Arizona.
It’s more doable than you think and all it takes is a chat with a lender to get your financials figured out. Don’t pay someone else’s mortgage by renting from them. I can guarantee their mortgage is 50% or less of the rent due to the increase in rental prices. You’re paying their entire mortgage and putting an extra $1k in their pocket. It’s a tough market for buyers. 7 million people call Phoenix home. There’s currently less than 10k residential properties for sale. With the new growth in the surrounding cities, we’re seeing Arizona expand faster than any state in the nation. Needless to say it can be a lil sketch surfing those waters.
Truthfully, there’s never a good time to buy a house and no special way to time the market. If there was we’d all buy in June and sell in December and trust me, we’d know about it‼️you just gotta take that jump.
I had the pleasure of helping out an old teammate, but this time I got to call the audibles and timeouts 😂 I hope to see this guy on the moon one day!🚀
