I just received a call from a lady who said she received multiple calls from someone saying they were from a roofing company. First it was TRD Roofing, then FIST Roofing (she asked "like a punching fist?", and they stated yes). then First Roofing. (no Response)
During the 2nd call, she told them she already replaced her roof, and they used foul language (then f*** you b****), and hung up.
Because they used the name First Roofing, she looked us up and wanted to warn me. Says they told her the owners were Jason Scott and Jeffrey Scott, and the number they called her from is (623) 666-9116. It is a landline number issued by Onvoy, LLC. and apparently a service offered to spammers.
She called me back once again and said they are now saying they are Premier Roofing, and she was going to notify them as well. She also mentioned she lives in the 85032 zip code area.
I just wanted to put it out there that this is absolutely NOT how we do business. With Monsoon season upon us, there will be many storm chasers, individuals offering low-ball pricing, what appear to be valid warranties, but are not legitimate to get deposits, and preying on the elderly.

Tile roofs are common in Arizona for a reason. They hold up well, but they still need maintenance.
The tiles may last a long time, but the underlayment underneath usually needs attention sooner. If your tile roof is older, it is worth having it checked before the weather gets rough.

Arizona heat is hard on roofing materials long before the first storm arrives. Underlayment, flashing, and sealants can start breaking down even when the roof looks fine from the ground.
That hidden wear is exactly why inspections matter before monsoon season.

Monsoon season can show up fast in Arizona. Loose tiles, clogged valleys, worn sealant, and small problem areas can all turn into bigger issues once wind and rain hit.
A roof inspection before the storms arrive can help catch those issues early and prevent unnecessary damage later.
