How do you choose the right agent?!
Your real estate agent is someone you have to get along with, depend on and trust. This relationship that you are looking for has to be right from the start.
Here are a few qualities to look for when choosing your REALTOR®
✅ Listens well.
✅ Communicates regularly with clients.
✅ Is proactive in the buying and selling process.
✅ Returns phone calls, texts and emails promptly.
✅ Knows the local area.
Everyone knows a real estate agent, but make sure you are choosing the RIGHT agent for you!

Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇸 So grateful to call this amazing country home!
I have received several messages and calls from people saying their realtor never got back to them or doesn’t ever answer their phone.
It is SHOCKING to me! I will always do my best to answer my phone, return text messages, emails, or voicemails because I am here for YOU! And you are important to me!
