🌪️🇺🇸 Midwest, West Coast, Southern, and East Coast dancers—we have a challenge for you!

This November, we’re hoping to make Gettysburg Dance Rodeo a truly coast-to-coast celebration of line dancing. Our goal? We’d love to see dancers from all 50 states represented on the dance floor.

Whether you’re driving across state lines or flying across the country, you’ll find packed dance floors, incredible instructors, friendly faces, late-night dancing, and a community that welcomes everyone who shares a love of dance.

Bring your favorite dances. Bring your friends. Bring your state pride.

🌪️✨ Sometimes the wind picks someone up and carries them somewhere magical. Please give a warm welcome to the latest addition to the staff ✨ Dannielle Mallonee! ✨
Dannielle has been dancing at many venues for over 30 years. According to her mother though, she started at the age of three atop their kitchen barstool.
She always has had a natural talent and ability when it came to dancing and musicality. She took this with her when she attended and graduated atop her class at the Broadcasting Institute of Maryland, majoring in Television Production and Radio. She obtained her FCC License which landed her on WBIM Radio as a disc jockey under the name of Santana.
Although for a period of time she competed in West Coast Swing and Hustle dancing, she stayed true to Line Dancing holding that as her First Love.
She has choreographed nine line dances and published three of those on CopperKnob, one of which was for the theme song for the Dirty Boots Line Dance Festival in 2025.
Dannielle took her passion and desire for music and dance to become a Dance Instructor and enjoys the feeling she gets seeing new dancers “get the bug”.
She started her instruction under the name Kick Up The Dust which can be found on Facebook. She teaches class both days and evenings as well as private parties, functions, and events.
Dannielle maintains that wherever you go you should always carry your dance shoes because you just never know when opportunity knocks.

✨🌪️ Follow the Yellow Brick Road… and you’ll find Reny & Rhonda! 👠🌈

Some duos don’t just walk into a room — they arrive like a twister in technicolor! Reny & Rhonda bring heart, harmony, and a whole lot of sparkle to the dance floor. Whether they’re teaching, dancing, or lighting up the room with their energy, they remind us that there’s truly no place like the dance floor. Rhonda and Reny started dancing together in the Summer of 2022 and have quickly become a favorite duo on the dance floor to watch and learn from.
R & R Line Dancing was born in 2023. Together they have danced throughout the DelMarVa region and have been hosting classes, workshop, road trips and open dance nights. They are known for welcoming all levels of dancers while curating a fun dance experience in a judgement free zone. As a child and young adult, Rhonda studied ballet, tap and jazz. In 2021, she discovered the community of line dancers throughout the US. Reny has over 30 years’ experience as a martial arts instructor. In 2010, he shifted his interest from martial arts to line dancing and DJing. They can’t wait to meet you on the dance floor!

🌪️✨ There’s a new traveler on the Yellow Brick Road-eo… and he’s bringing the energy all the way to Oz! ✨🌪️

We’re thrilled to welcome Braedon Crouse to our staff this November at Gettysburg Dance Rodeo! 👢🌈 Braedon Crouse is the passionate instructor behind Line Dancing with Braedon Crouse, bringing fresh energy and enthusiasm to the dance floor after starting his dance journey in late 2022 and beginning to instruct in 2023 with the launch of his business. He competes throughout the east coast and also choreographs line dances, showcasing both his performance skills and creativity. With a fun, approachable teaching style, Braedon makes line dancing easy to learn and exciting for dancers of all levels.

Dancing with Michelle Wright live is a whole different yellow brick road. She keeps the floor buzzing from the first count to the last…You probably know Michelle Wright from learning dances in the comfort of your living room with her YouTube tutorials but there is so much more. Michelle has been line dancing and instructing for over 10 years.
She is a high-energy line dance instructor bringing excitement, precision, and pure fun to dance floors everywhere. She has taught at events including the New England Line Dance Stopper, Fort Wayne Dance For All, New York State of Line, and the Americana Line Dance Hall of Fame in Spain as well as workshops all over. On top of teaching at events, she holds weekly and monthly classes and dance nights that range from social media popular dances to event dances and everything in between for all levels. Her classes blur the lines between bar dancing and event dances.
Michelle delivers clear, crowd-friendly instruction that keeps dancers motivated, moving, and smiling. Get ready for nonstop energy, laughter and a class you won’t forget!

From Europe to the Emerald City, Sharon Hume delivers world-champion credentials with a fun-first teaching style that keeps dancers hooked.
Sharon Hume has been dancing since ahe was 2yrs old. With over 30 Years Line dance experience and a Bachelors Degree in Dance, she has had amazing opportunities and experiences teaching and choreographing throughout Europe and America. Sharon has taught for over 30 years and had the great privilege of traveling across Europe and USA winning many titles including x15 European Championships and x2 World Championships. Sharon loves to bring fun based teaching as she believes people learn better when they are having fun!
