Finished this basement kitchenette/bar area for a client last month. Thankful I can still do some of the things I did for years, even if it’s only on a limited basis.

Electric fireplace, with shiplap siding on a faux chimney chase, stained, maple mantle & sconce lights we finished up this week.
Now that I have a different full time job, I appreciate the opportunity to be able use my skills.

Replaced some stair treads & risers today with new stained oak treads & risers. Sorry, no pictures of before, they were carpeted.

One of the last jobs I’ll will be doing before I go part time with this business. A new treatment room at Adams County Chiropractic. During construction and finished. Just finished it up yesterday. I did the original build out at this building when they opened it up over 10 years ago and came back to add this room. Dr. Phillip Andrus has been a great client over the years, I’m glad I could get this job completed before my new adventure begins.

Latest kitchen project is finished up. This was a team effort with Mike Davis. Turned out very nice.

Current Kitchen project. Tile back splash and under cabinet lighting to install yet.

Latest kitchen remodel almost complete. We did all new windows, door, hardwood flooring, lighting, ceiling fan, skylights and trim. Need to install under cabinet lighting and tile backsplash yet. This will probably be one of the last complete kitchen remodel so do at least while I am self employed, I may do one on the side later but I will be scaling way back and this work will become a side hustle as they say. A change in my daily occupation is coming due to my back issues and my neurosurgeon’s recommendation.

Here are some of before and after of the deck we recently finished. I was waiting to get the before pictures. Pretty big transformation, amazing what damage one tree can do. There was drywall damage throughout the entire house and tree limbs inside the 2nd floor bedroom.

Current deck project we are working on. More pictures to come when it’s complete.

I don’t have before pictures of this one but there is a picture of what is left of the 100’ tree that damaged this deck as well as another one on the rear of this home. I plan to rebuild(replace the other larger deck in the next week or two depending on when materials arrive. I got this one completed and thought I’d share it.
