We've made it to summer!! School is out, vacations are coming, so let's keep that body in tip top shape! Come join us for one of our amazing fitness classes! $6 a class, or $45 for monthly unlimited classes. Our June schedule is below!

Just FYI, there will be a boot camp class this evening at 5:30, in place of kickboxing. Olivia is out of town, so she is trusting me to make sure you get a great workout in! Come join me at 5:30!

Mother Nature continues to a be fickle mistress! Rain on Saturday means spin in the morning. Be there at 7:45!
May showers bring pop up spin classes! That don't sound right but it's true! With the rainy forecast on Saturday, there will be spin class Saturday. Be there at 7:45!
