Through Blessing Bridge, Transform Scott County helps individuals and families facing immediate challenges such as rent assistance, utility bills, transportation needs, and access to basic essentials. But this program is about more than emergency support. It's about creating connections, restoring hope, and helping people take their next step toward stability and long-term transformation.

Every act of generosity helps build a bridge from crisis to opportunity. Together, we are strengthening families, supporting our neighbors, and creating a more compassionate Scott County.
