First meeting today and the girls and mentees are excited!!!
Meeting will begin at 4 right after school. Parent meeting will begin at 4:45.
Parents can come to the auditorium side to come in. Pickup will also be on the auditorium side.

EmpowHER will have our first meeting this Thursday from 4-5. There will be a parent meet at 4:45 in the cafeteria.

Letters will be coming home between today and tomorrow. Parents please look out for them from the girls

Getting ready for Part 2!!! 6th interviews were a success, now onto 7th and 8th grade tomorrow. These girls are so excited!! Letters should be going home to parents between tomorrow and Friday so be on the lookout. It will have our first meeting date and time.

Signup was a success‼️Parents, the girls are coming home with packets that they need to look over thoroughly, have them signed, and back by Friday. We will keep you informed about the next step.

The EmpowHER Mentor Group is a positive and empowering mentorship program based out of Georgetown Middle School dedicated to inspiring, motivating, and uplifting young girls as they grow academically, socially, emotionally, and personally. Founded by Molieka Wilson, alongside Co-Founder Muryel Sumpter and Mentor Kyla Sparkman, the program was created to provide young girls with a safe, encouraging, and supportive environment where they can build confidence, discover their strengths, develop leadership skills, and form meaningful connections with mentors and peers who genuinely care about their success and well-being.

At EmpowHER, we believe every young girl deserves to feel heard, valued, supported, and empowered to become the best version of herself. Through mentorship, group discussions, educational activities, community service opportunities, team-building experiences, workshops, guest speakers, and fun interactive events, our mentees are encouraged to dream big, believe in themselves, and make positive choices both inside and outside of the classroom.

As we prepare for the upcoming school year, EmpowHER Mentor Group is excited to welcome new mentees to become a part of our growing sisterhood. We are looking for young ladies who are ready to learn, grow, encourage one another, and be part of a positive and motivating environment. Whether a student needs encouragement, guidance, friendship, leadership development, or simply a place where she feels supported, EmpowHER is here to help every girl shine with confidence and purpose.
