CrossFit Final Goodbye 12/11/2021

Today we closed the chapter to CrossFit 355. It’s been an honor and a privilege to serve our community. Thank you to everyone who has shared space with us along the way. It has truly been a transformational community!!

15 Minute AMRAP
As many Pull-ups, Push-ups, and Squats as possible
The movement with the lowest reps will be your score

AND THEN...

You have 5 minutes to establish a 1RM in the lift of your choice
