Ahh the old trusty suit of armor .
I wore it for many years and it served me well shielding me from the traumas and helping me to survive some of my darkest times.
It takes a lot of patience hard work and dedication to healing to learn how to take it off and when it is truly necessary to put it back on.
Don’t spend your life in survival mode live it today 🫂
