Georgetown PD Explorer Post 152

We are back in person for meetings! Our schedule has changed slightly.

Meetings will be on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Monday each month. We will be having an OPEN HOUSE on Monday, June 13th for interested future Explorers from 6p to 8p. Please share and invite others who would like to visit during this OPEN HOUSE. We will give a short tour of our Police Department and talk about the different subjects we cover while teaching. You will also have the opportunity to speak with our current Post Members about their experience and ask questions.

Out of abundance of precaution, our in-person meetings have been postponed until further notice. We sincerely enjoy our in person meetings but place the health and safety of our cadets at the highest priority. I will update when in-person meetings will resume but please feel free to email [email protected] for information on the Explorer program.

Our cadets are having weekly touch bases with mentors and looking to schedule virtual meetings until we can resume training together in person. Nothing can stop us from making a difference and preparing for future careers!!

Post 152 had fun giving out treats and see all the great costumes from the kids at Boo and Brew in Wolf Ranch this weekend! Making connections and positive interactions. Great job Post 152!

Sorry this is super late but what an AWESOME academy! We had a lot of great subjects covered, met some really amazing Law Enforcement Officers from different agencies and most importantly, learn that we set standards for ourselves to be the BEST we can every day. Great job! I'm very proud of Post 152!

Application for Assistance – Georgetown Blue Santa Program Blue Santa Registration is CLOSED and will open October 26th. Applications must be received by 5p on December 4th. Pick up will be held on Saturday, December 19th from 10a-2p at 3500 DB Wood Rd.

7 agencies, 60+ Explorers and Cadets, 8 hours of fun and training! The shenanigans were in full force today while we changed lives and made memories.
