Harry Houdini pulls off his greatest trick of all...still being the most famous magician of all time, even 100 years after his death. Join us for an event with Kent Cummins, local magician, as we explore THE MAGIC OF HOUDINI, at the Library on Oct. 2 at 7 p.m.

Magic, history, and Houdini! This event is free and open to the public, ages 18+.

Come work late in the library lab on an October afternoon and do a monster mash up! Tweens and teens will be able to create their own FRANKENTOYS on Oct. 10.

Next week there's a FREE emergency preparedness class on severe weather. Learn how to identify and report severe weather to the National Weather Service. This class is open to all. A perfect addition for national emergency preparedness month!
