What an incredible night at our PTA Foam & Bubble Party! 💙⭐️

We had an amazing turnout and loved seeing so many students and families laughing, dancing, and making memories together. The smiles, foam, bubbles, and fun made this event such a huge success, and we are so thankful to everyone who came out and supported it! A big thank you to What The Foam for coming out last night.

A very special thank you to the Scott Co. Ky. Sheriff's Office for grilling hotdogs for our families tonight. We truly appreciate your support of our school community and everything you do for our students and families.

Thank you to all of our PTA volunteers and supporters who helped make tonight possible. Northern sure knows how to have fun! ⭐️

Our School-Based Decision Making (SBDM) voting for parent representatives is tomorrow!

🗓️May 12th 7:00–9:00 AM front office and

5:30–7:30 PM back playground.

Voting is open to all parents and guardians of children currently attending Northern Elementary School.

The following individuals have been nominated for the 2026–2027 school year. Parents/guardians will select 2 nominees when voting:

Meet your fourth nominee for SBDM (School-Based Decision Making). Voting will be held on Tuesday, May 12th.

Tracy Taylor is a Kentucky community leader and Market Executive for Bank of America, where she leads community and philanthropic efforts in the Lexington and Louisville markets while supporting programs focused on economic mobility, workforce readiness, housing, and community empowerment. Before entering the financial sector, she served with AmeriCorps and as Executive Director of International Book Project, building a career centered on nonprofit leadership and service. Tracy also volunteers and serves on local nonprofit boards, and lives in Georgetown with her husband and three children.

SBDM voting will be May 12th from 7-9a and 5:30-7:30p. We will have dinner available. The following are the nominees for SBDM:
