Good Morning! Changing of the seasons, with the fog rolling in at sunrise.

We have a 2005 Kawasaki 610 Mule (approximately 3,000 hours) that needs a new home. It is a PROJECT. Frame is in good shape but needs a lot of work. We had it assessed by local Kawasaki dealer and they estimated around $2,000 for them to repair. Asking $500.00 OBO, we need it gone ASAP.

Winter tree care! Last week we did a little pruning of our Live Oaks to make them more healthy and opening up the view shed so our guests can have an even better view of the beautiful Sampit River!!
