Think you know your music history? Put your palate - and your playlist knowledge - to the ultimate test at our second Corks & Chords music game night!

We’ve curated a 40-song flight spanning decades, genres and generational anthems. The catch? You’ll only hear a blind snippet. Your team must decode the track to identify the Title, Artist and the exact Year to climb the leaderboard.

Bring your crew, grab a glass and let’s see who holds the ultimate track record😎

Summer Movie Night Series Continues!🎥

Join us Saturday, September 19th at 7P for a movie night.

Since it’s still hot as heck, we’ll be hosting indoors again!

And this time we’re showing an absolute classic: Dazed and Confused 😎

No tickets required to enjoy the movie, just show up and get comfy.

The movie starts at 7, we’ll have a special flight to pair it with, so come early to get your snacks + w**e and settle in for movie night!

Last week, we hosted the w**emaker of Ride & Ridden for a special tasting at the bar🍷

This w**emaker is out of California, but has some very cool rodeo-inspired branding & features thanks to a partnership with a Texas-based western photographer.

You’ll see their unique and bold label on the Cabernet Sauvignon we pour at the bar. If you need a new red to be obsessed with, this is the one.

Tasting & Tunes with Todd next Wednesday!🍾

September 9th from 5-7, Todd will be spinning his vinyl & pouring a trio of whites guaranteed to cool you off while still bringing the complex flavors you’ve come to count on from Union🙌

We will be pouring:
✨Blanc de Blancs - we’re starting this tasting off the right way, with bubbles! This one has notes of green apple, citrus and brioche. We selected this dry, crisp bubbly to open the palate.
✨White Burgundy - an organic, crisp, white from the south of France, there are notes of apple, pear and citrus that pair perfectly with mild cheeses for your mid-flight snack.
✨Silvaner - A German grape that packs a flavor punch, this one brings notes of lemongrass, peach, grapefruit and minerality, the perfect way to round out this tasting!

Meet the new Rosé & White Blend of the summer - Post Flirtation, from Martha Stoumen out of California.

The white blend has notes of tropical ocean + meyer lemon, making it perfect to pair with salty chips poolside🌊

And for the Rosé, there’s a juicy, strawberry-heavy note that pairs well with the unfiltered complex flavor profile, making it more robust than others on the menu. Choose this one when you want a bit more boldness than your typical Rosé!

Our favorite singing wino will be celebrating his birthday as he should - playing music on a Sunday Funday at Union! He will have some friends joining him so this will be a little more lively than the usual. Sunday Crew, Assemble!
