New Hours Beginning May 31st

Monday through Friday 6am until 1pm

Sundays 7am until 1pm

… less confusing closing same time daily 😃

Good News … I’ve got the okay to return to work … I’ll be reopening this Sunday 5/31 at 7am … Thank you again for all the prayers and messages … Truly appreciate you all ❤️

One Week Update …

Told incision would hurt up to 5 days with the worst being on day 3 … well wouldn’t ya know they had that one exact with Saturday being the worst and Monday it stopped hurting and now just itches which I can deal with lol.

Told back of legs will hurt while the nerves regenerate … Friday felt like someone whacked the back of both calves and continued to use biofreeze while trying to walk often … as of day 7 woke up and all the leg pain is gone.

Began walking on day 1 for maybe 10 mins 4 times a day and increased distance daily with today being 6 miles total … 4 walks of one hour and no pain … don’t think I’ll need to Increase.

Hoping the doctor releases me on 5/27 visit I sure do miss being at the shop but of course I’m gonna wait for his insight.

Out of surgery and in recovery now … they took out more of the disc than originally figured but leg and hip pain seems gone … back is tight and sore but a couple weeks the coffee will be brewing … thank you all for the prayers and kind words … y’all mean so much to me ❤️☕️❤️☕️❤️

Beanz will close at Noon on Tuesday 5/12 and remain closed until I’m cleared to return which Dr Eggart says anywhere between 2-6 weeks.

I’ll keep you updated once I have a return date

Update on Ortho visit … going for more back/spine x-rays and also an MRI … then two follow-up visits in March … still don’t know what it is 😔

Just a reminder …

Tomorrow (Wednesday 2/11) I will be closing at 8am for my Ortho appt … normal hours the rest of this week 😃

As many of you know my health has been an issue over the last 6 months and although my hip issue is doing great, my back and leg continue to get worse.

I don’t know what’s worse the lower back spasms, the sharp pain down my leg, the throbbing pain in my calf, or the feet going numb with a stinging sensation in my toes.
But I can tell ya they all suck.

I finally have an appointment this coming Wednesday to figure out exactly what the issue is. My hip doctor believes it’s a nerve issue so he has referred me to an associate. I tried to get a later appointment but that would mean waiting 7 more weeks and that’s really not an option as the pain is constant these days and biofreeze only last so long.

Therefore this coming Wednesday 2/11 I will only be open from 545am until 8am so that I can drive to the beach to get this figured out.

I’ll be sure to update once I know more and I pray it’s good news 🙏🏻
