With a growing portfolio of projects across the Delmarva region, this expansion marks an exciting time for the firm. Patrick, a University of Delaware graduate with a degree in Environmental Engineering, brings a strong background in water resources and a passion for environmental stewardship.
His expertise and forward-thinking approach perfectly align with our mission to deliver sustainable, innovative, and buildable solutions for our clients.

Solutions IPEM is proud to announce the addition of Gary S. Rosenthal, AIA, NCARB, as Director of Architecture. A licensed architect in Delaware, Maryland and New Jersey with over 30 years of experience, Gary brings a wealth of knowledge, a broad and diverse portfolio, and a passion for integrating design excellence with construction expertise. His work reflects a commitment to creating innovative, functional, and sustainable environments tailored to the evolving needs of clients. Gary’s experience spans residential and commercial sectors, with particular emphasis on retail and restaurant design—making him a strong asset to projects requiring both creative vision and technical precision.

Solutions IPEM promotes Patrick Rohlich, PE, and Micah Bunting, PLS, to associates of the firm.

Patrick, based in the Georgetown, DE office, joined Solutions IPEM in 2019. With a diverse background in surveying, construction project management, and civil engineering, he brings a well-rounded perspective to every project, ensuring innovative and practical solutions.

Micah, working out of the Salisbury, MD office, began his career with Solutions IPEM in 2013. A dedicated team member, he continually seeks opportunities to expand his expertise and approaches every challenge with a positive attitude. As a certified UAS Remote Pilot, Micah also plays a key role in the firm’s aerial and drone survey operations.

Join us in congratulating Micah Bunting for successfully completing the state examination and requirements to become a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Delaware. Last fall, he obtained his license in the state of Maryland. Well done Micah!!

Micah has been with Solutions IPEM since 2013 and is a valued team member who is always looking for new ways to expand his knowledge and skills and brings a positive attitude to all that he does. Micah is also a certified UAS Remote pilot and assists with aerial/drone survey work.
