Meet Mel, one of our dedicated and purpose‑driven HOMEFIT Georgetown trainers.
With over 6 years of experience in the fitness industry, Mel brings a well‑rounded, compassionate, and empowering approach to coaching. Her journey began with a 200‑hour Power Yoga certification in 2018, followed by an indoor cycling certification in 2019. She became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer in 2022 and is currently pursuing her NASM Nutrition Certification to provide even deeper support to her clients.
Mel has worked with a wide range of clients through her time at Orangetheory Fitness and Casa Yoga, and now focuses on working one‑on‑one with individuals looking to improve strength, lose fat, boost energy, and build confidence. As a mom herself, she understands the challenges of balancing fitness, nutrition, and a busy life - which is why she specializes in creating realistic, flexible programs for busy women.
Her love for fitness extends beyond the gym - she enjoys staying active with her family and believes movement should be a joyful, lifelong habit. Kristi brings not only expertise but an infectious spirit to every session - she’s the kind of trainer who shows up with heart, humor, and a deep commitment to seeing people grow stronger in body and mind.
As a certified personal trainer and a mom of four, Kristi understands the real-life juggle of balancing fitness with a full schedule. Her approach is simple: meet people where they are - at home, with kids nearby, laundry on the couch, and life happening in the background. She believes movement should feel empowering, not overwhelming, and that small, consistent steps can lead to lasting change.

Meet Dina, one of our compassionate HOMEFIT Georgetown yoga instructors.
What we love most about our team is the heart behind the movement. Every trainer and instructor at HOMEFIT brings not only skill, but a deep desire to serve and connect. With Dina, that comes through clearly in the way she leads, teaches, and supports her clients on their wellness journey.
Her desire to serve others as a Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Instructor and an advocate for healthy living makes her a perfect match for what we do. Here’s a little about her experience ⬇️
Dina is certified as a 500-hour advanced yoga instructor. After several years of struggling with flexibility and repetitive injuries from running, she decided to study yoga to balance out her fitness routine and bring yoga to others. Since 2004, Dina has been teaching yoga privately and in group classes in New York City, Silicon Valley, and now in Hill Country, Texas. She has taught yoga to clients of all ages at gyms, businesses, universities, and yoga studios.
We are honored and very excited to have her!

Originally from Illinois, Matthew moved to Texas just over a year ago and has quickly become an active part of our fitness community. A dedicated runner, he’s currently training for a 50K at Cleburne State Park this August - proof of his drive and passion for pushing limits. He’s certified through NASM as a Personal Trainer, Weight Loss Specialist, and Nutrition Coach, and his go-to style of training is high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
What sets Matthew apart is his deep enthusiasm for all things fitness. Whether you’re just starting out or pushing toward your next big goal, Matthew is ready to help you unlock your full potential and stay consistent along the way.

Heather is a great example of that personal approach in action.
She enjoys being active - whether it’s strength training, yoga, or hiking, she finds joy in keeping her body in motion. For the past year and a half, she’s been proudly serving clients through HOMEFIT Georgetown, where she shares her passion for fitness with the community. She especially enjoys working with senior citizens, helping them build strength, confidence, and mobility through personalized training. Over the past year, Heather has also been training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, adding to her own personal and physical growth.
Heather is a Certified Nutritionist with additional certifications in Strength & Conditioning and Yoga. She finds it deeply rewarding to educate others about the benefits of an active lifestyle. Her passion and experiences have strengthened her belief that fitness builds both physical and mental resilience, empowering individuals to live life to the fullest.

In the past 30 days, Kristi has conducted over 35 at-home personal training sessions with her HOMEFIT clients. That might not seem like much at first glance, but for a personal trainer who brings a customized program to each client, drives to their homes, manages a constantly changing schedule, and adapts when life happens -it’s a nice accomplishment.
Kristi pours herself into her work with genuine care and passion. She’s deeply committed to bringing out the best in the people around her with a big heart and open arms. She wants to make a positive impact in this community and in the world, and it shows.
