Available in “White” and “Black” versions, these are seasonal Sake produced in limited quantities and only available for a limited time.

⚪️ The Kubota Seppou WHITE is a limited seasonal release that is brewed and stored during mid-Winter in super low temperatures using their “Sokujo” method which produces a cleaner, fresh-tasting Sake

⚫️ The Kubota Seppou BLACK is a limited release Sake that is brewed using the “Yamahai” method and boasts a flavor full of dried mushroom umami, sweet fennel, cardamon and tamarind. A special Sake for those with a heart for earthy, deep flavors.
