I joined the weather team in November 2017. I come to the Shenandoah Valley and central Virginia from WSAZ-TV. The NBC affiliate in Huntington/Charleston, West Virginia where I was a meteorologist for ten years. After studying broadcast meteorology at Mississippi State University, I got my big break at WOAY-TV in the Oak Hill, Beckley and Bluefield WV market.I was promoted to chief meteorologist.
Watch: I went sledding for the first time in 25 years. It’s almost too dangerous to sled. It’s solid ice. I went almost wipeout! 😆 🛷
