We are excited to be a part of Nucor’s new project!

PSG Signs is looking for an experienced sales manager who will be responsible for developing local and regional sales teams. You will be in charge of lead generation, projecting sales and assisting sales professionals with RFPs to determine the profitability of our products. You will also be tasked with preparing budgets and approving expenditures, setting team and individual sales goals and planning and coordinating training programs for new and existing members of our sales team.

A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or another closely related degree is preferred for this position, although candidates with five or more years of relevant experience may apply. To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional communication and leadership skills. Prior experience managing a sales team is a plus.

Sales manager responsibilities

Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly and annual sales quotas for the team and individual sales professionals
Implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results
Maintaining professional and technical knowledge of the sign industry
Managing sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue projections and expense controls
Ensuring targets are delivered through performance review, reward and individual recognition of sales professionals
Managing, coaching and motivating the sales team to improve their skills, ensure they achieve a high professional standard and help them achieve their monthly sales goals
Provide weekly and monthly reporting of sales performance for executives.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
Results-focused attitude
Exceptional customer relationship management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to successfully lead a sales team
