Meet Charlie - Crew Chief

Charlie is our newest Management Team member. He started working at Masterpro in 2023 and has quickly learned the field and managing the workflow at the jobsites.

He is a father of a little girl, and as a hobby he enjoys driving sports cars.

Meet Diego - Crew Chief

Diego is one of our Crew Chiefs. He has been part of our team since 2021 and has taken many important roles in the company. His funny personality makes Diego a great team member to work with.

During his free time, he enjoys watching soccer games at home with friends and family.

Meet Cati - Our Project Manager

Catelin (Cati) has been with Masterpro since 2020 and has become a great asset to the company. She started out as a young field tech and has worked her way up to Project Management.

Cati enjoys traveling and spending family time with her mom and younger brother.

Meet the Owners

Hi, we're Ivan and Mariana!

In 2016 we opened the doors at Masterpro Disaster Recovery LLC and together have worked diligently in providing each customer the best restoration service in the DC area, treating everyone as part of our family.

Ivan have been doing disaster restoration work since 2010. He started out as a young field tech, he moved up to Crew Chief and then as the co-owner of his own company, Masterpro Disaster Recovery LLC.

Mariana has a background in accounting and a passion for numbers, and embarked on this journey with her husband to open up their own family owned business.

With a deep sense of understanding of what it really feels to go thru a disaster like water, fire or mold, we work endlessly to make sure our customers are at ease while their home goes thru the restoration process.
