Handmade chef's knife/gyuto I made to be raffled off with all proceeds going to charity (The Humane Society of North Central Florida) once I finish the saya (wooden sheath)! Hopefully done within the next couple of months, as my day job keeps me super busy and tired. 🤷♂️ Steel is American made Alabama Damascus steel, handle is koa and box elder wood.

Almost done with this Damascus steel gyuto! I love collecting different woods for knife handles; sometimes I consider myself a wood collector that makes knives just so I can justify collecting more wood! 😂
