Here we’ve installed Grumpy’s 4th window inner and outer sheet metal part. Unlike the Chinese crap, our window has the correct contour of the bus. See in the second photo how the window shape is correct for the bus.

This is one of my favorite transformations. We converted this beautiful 11 window into a 21 window. With some touch-up paint, it will be back on the road, better than ever!

Here we installed a brand new set of our pans (made in the USA). Our pans are the best fitting pans in the world, complete with the tab needed for the deluxe brake-line. In stock, available on our website!

We are breathing new life into an 11 window bus, starting by adding 8 sky windows and a sunroof. 2 more side windows and we’re building a 21 window deluxe. That’s inspiring!

Grumpy’s Metal transformed this 11 window standard into a 15 window deluxe. We stamped the 8 windows into the roof and added our 4th window and corner windows.

I love seeing daily drivers head into the shop for the ultimate upgrade: 8 windows and a sunroof. Keep your eye out for this 23 window at your next show!

If you’re gonna do it, do it right. Grumpy’s belly pans are a perfect fit and a structural addition to any sunroof conversion.

If you’re going to do a ground up restoration, you might as well build a rag top Bug.

This is a 1956 oval window Bug. Here we’ve installed a Grumpy’s Metal 2 fold sunroof opening. It’s dimensionally the same as original, and comes complete with our assembly which fits perfectly in an original opening or ours.
