Join us for an exciting day full of dragons and adventures at the Latt Maxcy Memorial Library. Tomorrow, Wednesday, June 10th at 10 am is our Dragons, Castles and Crafts day for our Step into the Magic of Reading summer program. Mrs. Melissa will read some stories and there will be crafts, sensory bins, a scavenger hunt and of course, Annie and Mrs. Carol will be here to lister to children practice their reading skills. Don't miss out on all of the fun!

We had an awesome turnout for our first day of our Step into the Magic of Reading summer library program! Our theme today was Narnia with a focus on The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis. Mrs. Melissa read to our families and then everyone went to different stations to color, create snowflakes, craft a miniature Narnia diorama, participate in a scavenger and read to Annie our therapy dog.

𝙇𝙚𝙩'𝙨 𝙜𝙤 𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣 𝙖𝙙𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚! Join us tomorrow, Wednesday, June 3rd at 10:00 am for our Summer Reading Program - Step into the Magic of Reading! We will have our story time with Mrs. Melissa and several fun activities including a craft and learning stations. Our favorite therapy dog, Annie, will be here along with Mrs. Carol who both loved to have children read to them. Children can also play in our Narnia area where they can have "tea" with Mr. Tumnus!

The Latt Maxcy Memorial Library’s Summer Reading Program begins this Wednesday, June 3rd! Pop into the library and pick up a packet for our Reading Club. Inside will be program information and some other goodies for the first 50 children to come in and pick up their packets!
