New books now available on Amazon

I’m pleased to share two projects created for very different parts of life—but both designed to provide practical guidance when people need it.

HELD: 365 Daily Reminders That You Are Not Alone
A yearlong collection of Scripture-centered encouragement, reflection, prayer, and hope for anyone walking through uncertainty, grief, exhaustion, or difficult seasons.

The Drone Pilot Field Guide
A practical, field-ready resource covering Part 107, airspace, weather, flight skills, mapping, LiDAR, risk management, commercial operations, and professional drone safety.

One book speaks to the heart. The other equips the pilot. Both were written to help people move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and purpose.

HELD: 365 Daily Reminders That You Are Not Alone "You were never meant to carry it all alone." Some days are heavy. Some nights are long. Some prayers are too quiet for words. HELD walks with you through all 365 days with brief, honest, Christ-centered devotions - each one a reminder that the God who formed you has not forgotten you. 365 dail...

Looking for a better UAS or UAV weather forecast before your next flight?

I’ve been building AeroClear, a drone flight-planning platform that helps pilots evaluate weather and operating conditions in one mission-focused cockpit.

AeroClear brings together:

UAV weather forecasts and hourly launch-window scoring
Wind, gusts, visibility, temperature, precipitation, and cloud conditions
GNSS and Kp-index awareness
Nearby crewed-aircraft context
3D terrain and mission-area planning
Aircraft-specific operating limits
Exportable preflight and mission reports

Instead of checking multiple weather and aviation tools separately, AeroClear helps UAS operators build a clearer preflight picture from one place.

We’re a small independent lab actively improving the platform, so feedback from drone pilots, Part 107 operators, public-safety teams, surveyors, photographers, and other UAS professionals is valuable.

Please share it with a drone pilot who could use a more complete UAV weather and mission-planning workflow.

Today I published EvoMind v0.1.0 on Zenodo.

EvoMind is a governed cognitive architecture focused on autonomous reasoning, memory, planning, desktop ex*****on, and bounded autonomy. The project emphasizes governance, auditability, provenance, validation methodology, and explicit claim boundaries rather than unsupported AGI claims.

The release includes:

• Architecture whitepaper
• Governance framework
• Cognitive loop documentation
• Validation methodology
• Citation metadata
• Public research artifacts
