Every August 31, International Overdose Awareness Day brings a global community together to remember those we’ve lost and to take action to save lives.

While overdose rates are down dramatically, one life lost it too many and it can be prevented... we know how to reduce risk and keep people safe.

By speaking openly, learning from one another, and treating each other with care and respect, we build a world where fewer lives are lost. By making Naloxone available to anyone who needs it, we build a community where fewer lives are lost.

Overdose prevention solutions exist, so let's use them!

For 19 years, the Front Royal Police Department has proudly hosted National Night Out, bringing our community together for one of Front Royal’s favorite annual traditions and we’re excited to do it again!

Join us for an evening of family fun featuring food trucks, live music, K-9 demonstrations, games, a bounce house, emergency vehicles and equipment, and so much more. Most importantly, it’s a chance to meet the first responders who serve our community, strengthen relationships, and celebrate the partnerships that makes Front Royal such a special place to call home.
