Lofts above, study below — a fully custom creation, designed, built, painted, and installed from the ground up. Every element on this piece was handmade, right down to the drawing holders.
Huge thanks to for providing the ultimate canvas and the freedom to bring this vision to life. When I say “canvas,” I mean every trade of hers was involved — from demo and framing to drywall, electrical, and even adjusting sprinkler heads.
The final touches are on the way, with custom cushions and accents still to come. A truly rewarding collaboration and an incredible project to be part of.

Throwback to a custom Ipe bench made for . We used marine grade hardware and Dyneema braided rope to accommodate weight requirements needed for this project. Ipe is a dense and extremely hard species that is comparable to teak.

Stain matched 50” x 50” coffee table in solid white oak custom made for .

Two floating cases custom made for . In order to keep the doors flat I laminated 5/16 shop sawn and routed flutes to 3/4” rift sawn ply. Then I laminated the door sides with shop sawn rift white oak. I also used a thick piece of rift for the door side to mimic a face-frame stile. However, it’s meant to add stability to the door and keep it flat over time. Finished in Rubio Gres beige
