There are a few main differences in these scenarios, but the goal is to avoid the covid-era bidding wars on the homes that you are interested in.

Today I wanted to make a discussing a big question that my buyers have whenever they are considering buying their first home.

There are many pros and cons to each option however there are many key takeaways. In my personal opinion the biggest advantages of each would be....

👉🏼 Pre Owned houses will give the feel of a more established community, more mature trees in the area, and possibly getting into a certain school district. Pre-owned homes could also have a little bit more character than something newer.

👉🏼 New Construction homes will be built to a more strict building code which means that the homes are built tighter and more energy efficient, which can save you money every month. The cost of insurance is also a little bit lower on a new house as well. One of the BIGGEST benefits to a new construction home is the fact that they come with a full warranty.
