I see you. Holding it all together on the outside while you’re barely breathing on the inside.
You’ve gotten so good at the smile, haven’t you? So practiced at saying “I’m fine” that sometimes you almost believe it yourself.
But God already knows. He sees the 3am thoughts you can’t shut off. The tears you swallow back down. The weight sitting on your chest that nobody else notices.
And He’s not asking you to keep performing strength you don’t have.
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” - Matthew 11:28
Laying it down doesn’t mean you have all the answers or that you’re suddenly “over it.” It just means you stop pretending you’re okay when you’re not. You tell Him the truth, the raw, ugly, messy truth, and you let Him sit with you in it.
You whisper it in the car. You cry it out in the shower. You write it in your journal at 2am. However it comes out, just let it out.
Because the silence? It’s killing you softly. And He never asked you to die that way.
You weren’t made to carry this alone, love. Let Him have it.
It’s time to believe again. It’s time to pick up those God goals and get back to it. Don’t give up on yourself. It doesn’t have to be hard this time.
All you need is clarity, alignment, and a strategy that fits your season.
I’ve helped build marriages, brands, books, and businesses from a place of strategic alignment, not burnout.
As a therapist trained in neuroscience & psychology, with 250+ brand collaborations, two traditional publishing deals, and six figures in book sales, I’ve learned this truth:
When God gives clarity, acceleration follows.
This year, I’m helping wives and moms slow down enough to get clear on where they are, where they’re going, and how to move forward with intention, at home, in marriage, and in purpose.
That’s what Full Bloom Circle is for 🌸

What do you need to release in 2025 that you don’t want to carry into 2026?
This week in our Release Season devotional journey, we’re talking about one of the hardest and holiest disciplines of all… rest.
So far, we’ve walked through:
• Embracing uncertainty
• Embracing vulnerability
• And now… embracing rest
Rest isn’t quitting.
Rest isn’t giving up.
Rest is trusting God enough to stop striving.
This season isn’t just about letting go of things —
it’s about learning how to lay them down God’s way.
We’re releasing:
• old mindsets
• limiting beliefs
• bitterness and unforgiveness
• fear and exhaustion
• control and self-reliance
• anything that doesn’t belong in our next chapter
We’re not carrying into 2026 what God never asked us to hold.
“Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28
If you want to walk through this season with intention and Scripture as your anchor, I invite you to join us.
We’re working through the devotional together each week and learning how to release what God never intended us to carry.

Let’s enter 2026 lighter, freer, and more aligned with heaven than ever before.
This is Release Season.
Its RELEASE SEASON!!!
Sometimes the waiting feels like the hardest part. But today, God reminded me that the wait is never wasted.
For weeks I’ve been asking Him for the missing piece to finish this book, and out of nowhere, He gave me exactly what I needed. 🙌🏽
When we wait on God, He’s not making us idle; He’s making us ready. The breakthrough comes when obedience meets patience.
“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” Isaiah 40:31 (KJV)
So if you’re in a season of waiting… don’t rush it. God is working behind the scenes. The same God who gave me clarity today will give you what you’ve been praying for, right on time.
We missed uploading this last Friday but here it is!! “Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6
There’s a difference between being saved and being healed.
So many believers walk through life spiritually adopted by God but still emotionally operating as orphans.
An orphan spirit shows up in subtle ways, fear of rejection, striving for approval, difficulty trusting others, or even perfectionism disguised as purpose.
This week, we’re diving deep into the Orphan Spirit Series, learning how to recognize, confront, and heal from the roles it takes on:
👤 The Victim — gives into pain and hopelessness.
⚖️ The Prosecutor — masks pain with control or rebellion.
💔 The Rescuer — hides pain behind helping everyone else.
But God says in Isaiah 41:9–10, “You are my servant; I have chosen you and not rejected you… Do not fear, for I am with you.”
Join me every day right here as we go deeper into understanding how the orphan spirit operates, and how to walk in true sonship and daughterhood.
Because healing begins when you realize… you were never fatherless. 💫
Don’t Let One Bad Experience Define You
Just because one thing went wrong doesn’t mean everything will.
In psychology, we call this an overgeneralization, when one negative moment convinces you that every future moment will be the same. But it’s not true.
God uses challenges to build character, not destroy dreams. Sometimes you just need to go back, like my daughter does with her math problem, and see where it went wrong, not so you can give up, but so you can grow up.
Your last failure wasn’t proof that you can’t do it. It was preparation to help you do it better next time. 🌱
📖 “And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.” — Galatians 6:9
Part 2 of our Release Season: Embracing Vulnerability
Last week we talked about embracing uncertainty.
This week, we went deeper… into embracing vulnerability and learning how to grow your roots down even when life feels unstable.
Vulnerability isn’t weakness.
It’s where healing starts.
It’s where God meets you.
It’s where growth actually happens.
So if you’ve been feeling shaky, unsure, or emotionally exposed lately,
this one is for you. 🌱
Let yourself grow where you’re planted.
Let your roots go deeper than your fears.
Also… if you’re looking for a really good fiction read to unwind during the holidays, I just finished “If Cats Disappeared from the World” (NYT Bestseller) and whew…
It’s thoughtful, interesting, emotional, and surprisingly deep, touching on life, death, God, the devil, love, and purpose… without being wild or inappropriate.
Clean. Meaningful. And the kind of book that makes you pause and think after every chapter. Highly recommend if you want a good read that still feeds your spirit in a subtle way.
