Founded in 2014, Pitch Me This (PMT) Productions is a Houston-based production company focused on giving artists a voice through live musical theater and commercial music productions. We want to empower artists by providing the creative, technical, and financial resources necessary to help them realize their unique ideas.

Over the last five years, PMT has developed additional programming that occurs throughout its season alongside regular Main Stage productions, including a youth engagement initiative, a Pop Up: Cabaret series, and production contracting services.

Based in the Houston Bay Area, PMT Young Artist Series (PMT YAS!) is PMT's youth engagement initiative. Focused on education and live performance, PMT YAS! offers week-long Cabaret Camps, full-scale musical theater productions, and a weekly Online Series for students ages 6-18.

​/ CABARET CAMPS
Occurring during summer and winter breaks, Cabaret Camps are week-long musical theater intensives that offer courses in music repertory, acting technique, production design, and collaborative study (ensemble). With small class sizes, hands-on instruction, and an emphasis on collaboration, students are able to hone in on those key areas of musical theater in a constructive environment. Cabaret Camps culminate in a cabaret-style performance, accompanied live by the PMT Band, showcasing the students' work throughout the week.

​/ SHOWS
Full-scale musical theater productions take place bi-annually in the spring and summer. With the guidance of a full creative and technical team, students will go through the entire production process--from audition to opening night. Throughout the production process, students will have the fundamentals of musical theater performance reinforced through real-life application of acting, dance, and voice performance. In addition to having access to the creative and technical resources of a professional production company, all YAS! productions are accompanied live by the PMT Band.

​/ ONLINE SERIES
In response to the physical distancing recommendations of 2020, PMT YAS! launched an Online Series. Offering virtual courses in acting, dancing, & ensemble music, Online Series Creative Courses (CC) occur weekly throughout the spring, summer, and fall semesters, and provide an opportunity for students to strengthen fundamental performing skills while socializing with like-minded theater friends.

PMT Pop Up is a concert-style cabaret series with shows that pop up for one night only at unique performance spaces in downtown neighborhoods. Each Pop Up is themed and showcases Houston-area vocalists who are accompanied live by The PMT Band. Past themes include 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s, Disney, Country, & Holiday.

PMT Production Services is a live music contracting service for musical theater and commercial music productions as well as other private events. Specific production-related services include use of The PMT Band for live accompaniment, use of PMT Pianists for production auditions and production rehearsals, and use of PMT Technicians to supplement sound, lighting, and backstage crew needs.

​PMT Production Services makes contracting live music services for your organization's upcoming production or private event easier than ever before--after discussing the details of your production or private event with a PMT representative, the PMT Team will handle all of the work of contracting musicians and technicians, preparing those musicians on the designated material, and ensuring their seamless integration into your production.
